A spa treatment coordinator will respond with a confirmation of your appointments within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation or have additional questions, please call us at 805-504-1017 ext. 3.

• Service appointments are available 7 days a week during the hours of 8am-9pm.  
• Advanced reservations are highly recommended and appointments
  are subject to availability.
• Spa phone hours are from 8am - 9pm Monday-Saturday and
  8am-1pm Sunday, or you may contact the front desk to be connected
  directly to the spa reservation line.
• Spa services and gratuity may be billed to your room.  
• If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at
  least 24 hours notice to avoid charges in full.
